Weight today is 226.8 Almost a 2lb loss! Im glad cause the pass 2 weeks I've lost nothing! So hoping this weekend doesnt kill me! lol Good Luck everyone0

I'm down 3.4lbs I think since we started! Glad to see a loss this week as last week it was a 3lb gain.0

O jeeze I am behind!!! I started at 129 lbs last week Monday. I will weigh in next friday with everyone else!!!
As for ideas how bout we do 50 pushups (on toes or knees) everyday this week0 -
I totally forgot to weigh in this morning until after I had eaten. I will definitely weigh tomorrow morning and go with that and do Friday weigh-ins with you all as of next week. I know it wont be pretty tomorrow but I definitely will be recording it anyway.
For the challenges I see where push-up, squats etc have been suggested. Maybe we could select specific days for doing particular things so we are all on the same page. We could add jumping jacks on one of the days too. I am open to anything that doesn't require it being done in a gym since I am not member of one right now.0 -

my weigh in is on Monday. iI like to do it on mondays because if i do it on Fiday, then I will eat more junk on the weeked. so i have to bahave myself all weekend. well most of it (*_*) so I will update on Monday0

I've been doing weigh ins on Sundays or Monday's. That way I have to hold myself accountable all weekend and don't eat a bunch of crap.0

I am going to use my current weight as my starting weight for the challange. That way I have some sort of starting point.

Currently: 140pounds...now I'm not too excited about this yet. I've been bouncing back and forth around these numbers for the last month or so but I'm going to try my hardest to stick at 140 or go down this next week.

Just got back from the farm which has no internet or crappy internet. My starting weight for this challenge was 198lbs, this morning I weighed in at 195lbs.. Hope to get to 140-145ish by April unrealistically I would really love 135lbs lol.0

140 This week...*wipes sweat off forehead* I finally lose two pounds last week and I was afraid I was going to gain it back this week since this week has been so horrible but I didn't!
But I'll have to work harder next week...much harder. And my diet is going to improve by A LOT from now on. I have been eating a lot of junk which is kind of surprising for me since I don't usually eat much junk....0 -

I have decided to cut back on my wheat intake and increase my water. This past weekend I made 40 servings of butternut/acorn squash soup loaded with veggies, I made protein pancakes that are in the freezer for days I'm running late. I know it has wheat, but I figured it would be better than heading out on the way to work. Each serving of pancake has 27g of protein lol.
Next weeks weigh in will be better.0 -

Dont worrie about it! I was 224 last week and today I weigh in at 228 It sucks but you know it could be just water weight or muscle gain!0 -

Hoping this week will be better! I finished the 30 day shred round 1 and Im only down 4.5lbs but lost over 13inches!
