OK, I only managed 2643 cals last week (Mon 7th to Sun 13th) - I do my exercises during my lunch time and if I get sidetracked (which is not very often - in my defense) I am not set up to do things in the evening...
Off to a whooping good start to this week!0 -
As of Sunday I scored 3200 cals. 300 short based on the walking recorded by my pedometer.

Sorry only just found you all!! I have done just 2100 (its now friday night here) and I'm off for a girls weekend this weekend so I'll try to do something more than drink wine and relaxing in the spa!!0
