    I was on Week 7 a few weeks ago when I got sick - and stopped running. I missed it! So last night decided to get back on the horse thinking I would do Week 5 Day 2. Well, I looked at the clock partway through and realized I had been running for 11 minutes! I decided to keep going - turned out great.

    Killed it last night... Man, you can sure cover a lot of ground in 20 minutes. I thought I had a good route planned out, but I had to make a few "detours" to get me to the end!

    W6, D1 tomorrow. I need to focus (or not focus) on my breathing. I'm now starting to get to the point where I'm not thinking about my run while I'm running. My mind is starting to go elsewhere as my body takes over, which I think is a good thing. I'm definitely not thinking "OMG, I'm dying," while I'm running, which wasn't the case when I started,

    About to go out and do this! Hamstrings are super sore from a strength work out I did this week, but I'm still hoping to pull through :)
