Weaning away from walk breaks

                    OK, so now that I have something to work towards, no walk breaks.  How do I go about getting there.  Like I said in the other post, I can run 20 minutes then walk 1.  I haven't pushed myself further, I guess that would be a start.  Any advise would be great.

            I think all you can do is push it - perhaps from both directions. Longer time running and shorter time walking. 25 minutes running, 45 seconds running (or something).

            Thanks. I did it yesterday, ran 30 min straight on the dreadmill @ 6.0 mph then walked 5 min. Felt good afterward.0
