    25 minutes jogging in high winds..... 429 calories according to the HRM.

    Whew.... I'm beat now! :yawn:

    Cleaned the house for an hour this morning. Not a huge calorie burner but so need to be done. I will be hitting the gazelle tonight if I can muster up some energy. Hope you all are having a fantabulous day!!!

    Done! I did 30 minutes of weights (upper body) and 40 minutes elliptical.

    I got my hour crossfit workout in today - also did an extra 15 working on situps, v-ups and double unders.
