                    Okay... it's Monday.  Let's kick this challenge today and try to get 30 minutes in.  :noway:  You can do it ladies....

            My plan today is cardio and abs, right after work!

            25 minutes jogging in high winds..... 429 calories according to the HRM.
Whew.... I'm beat now! :yawn:

            Cleaned the house for an hour this morning. Not a huge calorie burner but so need to be done. I will be hitting the gazelle tonight if I can muster up some energy. Hope you all are having a fantabulous day!!!0

            Done! I did 30 minutes of weights (upper body) and 40 minutes elliptical.0

            Got a little over 40 minutes in. Did my C25K workout and then walked a little more.0
