Check in please! Today, I lost .4lbs... i exercised twice last week. I plan to exercise 3 times this week. WHat about you? What how did you do last week, and what are your plans for this week?

    Last week's workouts:

    Monday: 27 minute treadmill run, 2.3 miles, 235 calories;
    Tuesday: 40 minute outdoor run, 3.4 miles, 401 calories;
    Wednesday: 20 minutes elliptical, 200 calories;
    5 minute treadmill run, .5 miles, 60 calories;
    Thursday: 35 minutes circuit training, 318 calories;
    Friday off
    Saturday: 38 minute outdoor run, 3.4 miles, 396 calories;
    15 minutes stationary bike, 122 calories;
    20 minutes circuit training, 185 calories;
    Sunday: 36 minute outdoor run, 3.2 miles :( 378 calories.

    Total minutes of exercise this week: 236
    Total exercise calories burned this week: 2295

  • coin the medical weight loss program. i started at 239, after 1 month i am at 216. best diet ever. ccmccoy09 you make me feel lazy, wow what a work out schedule. i briskly walk my dogs for 2 hours a day. hopefully i can get this old body out of my way, and find me again.

    Monday: 350 Calories on the treadmill for 35min.
    Tuesday: 335 calories on treadmill for 40min.
    Wednesday: 360 calories on treadmill for 35min
    Thursday: OFF
    Friday: 279 calories on treadmill for 30min
    Saturday: 286 calories on treadmill for 30min
    Sunday: 521 calories on treadmill for 55min

    Thursday: Hip Hop dance for 60 mins
    Friday: Cardio Latino Dance class for 60 mins, Hip Hop dance for 60 mins
    Saturday: Off (School)
    Sunday: MTV Dance for 60 mins, Cardio Latino Dance class for 60 mins, Cardio Funk dance for 60 mins
    Monday: Hip Hop dance for 70 mins
    Tuesday: Off (Because of night class)
    Wednesday (Today): Off (Because of night class)
