Sorry, I can only log in to groups from my computer and I haven't been on it...
Here is my week
Day 1 - 40 min walk
Day 2 - 40 min Elliptical + 20 min walk
Day 3 - 20 min walk & 20 min elliptical (30 min snow shoveling)
Day 4 - 20 min elliptical and 5 min walk
Overall, week one was okay. I was not feeling up to par this week and still made sure I got my time in. Next week - 5 times and my goal is to do at least 40 min / day.0
