    Yes, It does work. Today is week 2 push 1 for me. The weight lifting work out is only 1/2 hour. I found it's easy and no excuse to not exercise.

    I started(well I thought I did) a new topic in here about workouts, and wrote a post in it but it doesn't seem to be here?? Is it something you have to approve as admin Jenyfur1 or did I do something wrong?

    Hey everyone,

    I'd love to follow along with this group. I am currently doing a hybrid of TF and CLX. This week is my last week of the Burn series. I'm looking forward to the next series of exercises next week.

    Hello! I just ordered Chalean Extreme 2 days ago. I was hoping to get into a support group to help push me, because I know it'll be intense. I really want to stick with this program. My main goal is to get stronger.

    It's awesome Kim ~ I'm in the third week of Push right now...while I haven't lost a lot of pounds...my body is taking new shape before my eyes! Love it!!

    Tonight I am back on track. Day 4 of the hybrid, BC1.. What a great workout. I forgot how much I love this one...

    Hi all.....I did BC2 yesterday and Fire 45 this morning. I was able to go up in weight for CLX but my arms were too tired this morning to use my weighted gloves for TF. One more burn workout tomorrow and I move on to the next phase!

    Hello everyone, I have been doing the Chalean Extreme for the last 2 months and started the Lean phase this week. I have been good with doing all the workouts every week and I am getting great results.

    This lean phase is seriously extreme, it makes the other 2 circuits seem easy and I can already feels the change happening. I did three of Jillian Michael's dvds before this so I was prepared for the cardio workouts and manage to do all the workouts to the end. I don't know what I'm going to do when I finish at the end of the month.

    Hi there, Ladies. I have been trying to figure out what I want to do as far as my workouts are concered. I am just coming off of a slight knee injury and I will be starting to exercise again come Monday. I am trying to decide if I want to do CX and TF together or just do a round of TF because I have never done just that program. I really love how much fun it is but I am worried about the lack of strength training that is involved in it. I really want to focus on losing fat right now but I know that I still need some weights in my life because it is good for me and I just love lifting. Have any of you done just a straight round of TF? What kind of results did you have. Any thoughts or advice are appreciated and welcome. Hope you ladies are doing wonderful!

    Yesterday was Burn it off and Stretch 10. Tonight is Ab Burner and recharge... I am excited about this because I am sore and need the stretch....

    Good luch Kim, you will love it.

    Tracy, I have never done just TF, but I would definitely stick to the low impact version for your knee,...

    :flowerforyou: Jenyfur, thanks for the invite. I needed some motivation. I have been so hit and miss since school started. Teacher here. Did CLX last summer and bought TF intending to do the hybrid. Here it is Nov. and I am still just piddling with it.

    Did TF 45 and Stretch 10. Burned alot of cals! That is motivation to keep going for sure. Tomorrow I teach a night class and have a long day so Monday will be a rest day. So glad to get back in the saddle!

    I know how you feel about now it's Nov and what the???! I'm an SLP in the schools and it is crazy...this year really seems like watch your back at work and then trying to take care of yourself just comes last.

    Anyway, I am on my 2nd week of CLX (2nd time around). I am doing mostly CLX with some TF thrown in when I can. I am hoping to loose some weight before Jan 1st but we'll see. Eating is always my downfall!!!

    I love TF too but really loved the weight lifting. Someone asked about weight loss. I didn't loose a lot with CLX per scale but I did loose a lot the first go around with inches. So...focus on inches and how clothes feel not so much on the scale as muscle weighs more than fat but it also burns fat!!!!! :)

    hey im new to the group. i am on my second week of the push phase and i can barely move my arms today, but i like it. my massage therapist said she could tell i had more muscles in my arms and back!

    New to the group! Excited to see this new challenge through to the end. Only looking to lose about 7-10 lbs and tone myself up, hopefully CLX is the right program! Looking forward to ending the Burn Phase right on Christmas! Any advice on eating? I eat very healthy but am not sure what my protein/calorie intake should be. Myfitnesspal tells me I should only have 1200 calories if I want to lose but I'm worried that's too little as I eat around 800 before dinner alone (I eat fruit, nuts, eggs, a bit of lowfat cheese, salad generally). I know these are healthy foods but I'm worried that I'm going to go over 1200 calories. What are your thoughts/advice? BTW my used CLX program didn't come with the food guide and I can't find it anywhere online.

    I am new to the group, and trying to get back into working out. I have done Turbo Jam and Chalean Extreme in the past. I need to lose about 40 pounds, so I am trying to figure out what workout I would stick to. =) It is motivating to be back into a group that is posting about their workouts, so hopefully it will rub off on me. =)
