Progress and Results

I have just begun the 2nd month of Insanity so just finished my 3rd Fit Test.

I recently began taking progress pic as I have real difficulty seeing changes in my body, and the pictures seem to help with that.

Ii understand not everyone is comfortable putting up pictures but i thought I'd start a board for people to share there progress either with;

weight-loss,
NSVs,
Fit Test results,
or progress pictures.

With the hope of motivating those who are still part way through the program, as well as those thinking about starting it.

  • i just started insanity and its the best workout i have ever done in my life and i was in the marines for 4 yrs
  • I just finished the first 2 weeks and ive already loss 5 pounds! I love this workout!

    Just did my final fit test for my first round of Insanity...below are my first fit test and final fit test numbers with % increase:

    1. Switchkicks 65-75 15% increase
    2. Power Jacks 49-70 42% increase
    3. Power Knees 73-114 56% increase
    4. Power Jumps 21-37 76% increase
    5. Globe Jumps (HATE those!) 10-13 30% increase
    6. Suicide Jumps 13-17 31% increase
    7. Push up Jacks 25-40 60% increase
    8. Low Plank Obliques 50-76 52% increase

    Overall, I increased my rep count 44% from the first day to the last...It definitely worked for me. Good luck to you all!
