Great job! I am still trying to get up for morning workouts, but so far, most of mine are after work.0 -

I wore my HRM to Zumba tonight and the new instructor kicked my *kitten*. 925 calories in 60 minutes. HOLY COW.... I feel great but I am going to feel this tomorrow. Whew!
I bet I get some sleep tonight. After last night, ANY sleep will be a big blessing!!!! :yawn:
