Hello my winners or maybe, hopefully losers. So tomorrow is weigh-in. I hope you all had a wonderful week. Please remember to weigh in tomorrow and record your change. Remember to weigh in at the same time each day, morning usually best. :smooched:

What sort of challenges are you working on?

Does anyone know how to make this link a hyperlink?

NICE work on the loss of 1.2 lbs.

I did not drop any pounds BUT I did not gain!!!
This week I was sick, did not work out and had a wedding..... so a no gain is a win for me :)

Being sick always makes things harder.

Good morning!! My weight did not change this week. I'm not surprised (though it's a little disappointing not to see a change reflected on the scale)! I started my weight loss journey a few years ago and while I was ultimately very successful, my weight did not change on the scale for 5 weeks! Wierd.

Anyway, I did well last week in terms of meeting my exercise and calorie goals, so I'm not getting down!

    Congrats to everyone!!! That's awesome!

I'm having a rough couple of weeks. I'm starving all the time no matter what I eat or how much water I slug down. I just started training for a marathon (I'm only up to 3 miles, so the new routine is not the issue). I have no idea what my deal is. I can't lose and I'm gaining all the time. I'm so glad to have everyone's support in the group though! Seeing you all lose and achieve your goals reminds me that this is not an overnight thing. It takes time.

    Again, great job everyone!!

I know I went 3 weeks with no real change in my weight even though I was exercising everyday and under or near my calorie goal. That makes it hard to stay with it but it finally paid off this week for me.
