Hello Everyone, I have received notice and most want to resume after the new year with their weigh-ins. I also support this. How about we reconvene Friday 1/6 with a weigh0in. Lets move weigh-in to Fridays and make 2012 a weigh loss month! Any ideas for new names for 2012 for our group?
I have struggled this week and up :( Hopefully I can get through this next week without gaining any more. This weeks challenge for me is no seconds - Just take a set amount of whatever and do not go back for more.
Hello ladies! Thank you to those of you who responded to my quetion about moving the weigh-in to Fridays. I don't want to mess up the system so my thought is right now wee keep it to Wednesday until 2012 and then we vamp up, get more involved and move weigh-ins to Fridays. What do you think? How does everyone feel about moving out weigh-ins to Fridays. I feel i need more then a two day recovery after the weekend. I though we might talk about our weekly challenges. Last week I was trying to make my fiber goals. Durring the week it was no problem but on weekends it seems I eat less fruit, vegies and whole grains. I guess I need to plan these into my weekends even if I am constatly on the go.
