Hello Ladies,
So I really apologize but I went to update our spread sheet for the Month of December and I actually lost November's. I am so sorry I tried to find it but the system automatically saves. If anyone know a way to retrieve this do and save I would be thrilled.
Anyway here is the December version. We will create a new spread sheet each month. The goal section could be your goal for the month of December. Please update you info.
For those of you who worked so hard in November, congratulations! Well done. You inspire others.

Sometimes computers just won't cooperate.
My weekly goal is to keep up my exercise. My goal for the month is to beat my Weight Watchers weight. I was down to 181 when I quit Weight Watchers. I gained 9 pounds after that
I want to be at 180 by the end of the month!0 -

Well I am up almost 2 pounds However I am not suprised. I have been over on calories over half of the days in the last two weeks.
For this week I am shooting for being under every day as my challenge.0
