    Added an hr of cleaning and 30 min of moving boxes out to the garage! I am cooking today! Where is everyone else at? Hope you all are having a fantastic day!!

    My routine was broken because of dr.s appts (My kid has bronchitis) and working late to make up time plus a large thunderstorm but I am proud to say I did my circuit workout today!!!

    I got 12 minutes of walking in. I wanted to get in a longer walk but it is so cold that my ears started to hurt. Whew... gonna have to get more calories burned tonight!

    Just got done with work - I might do some yoga instead of hard core working out ! Im a chiropractic assistant and we are highly understaffed so by the end of the day I am exhausted from cleaning, helping patients, putting therapies on, and playing with charts!
