Carnivores!

Just a little rant here. So I'm a proud carnivore! I love meat. That's why low carb usually works so well for me, but usually about two weeks into low carb eating I'm so sick of meat I'm gagging when I try to choke it down. I find that I'm eventually barely eating because I can't stand the the thought of another chicken breast or steak or meatball.
Anyone else ever have this problem?

Try changing it up. Don't eat the same kind of chicken every time. Try preparing it differently (grill, pan fry, bake, different sauces, spices etc.). Here is a great website with a bunch of low carb recipes. http://blog.pittsburgh-diet-guru.com0 -
Yes, I can relate to that. I have been craving fish lately myself. Sardines, cottage cheese and cream cheese so far. I bought about a million cans of tuna yesterday too. It is very filling. I was thinking of making a tuna 'casserole' with miracle noodles this evening. and some salty cucumbers on the side...0

I too can relate to this post...
Chood5 has the best advice... Change it up!
I will get into a kick and eat omlettes, then juuust when I start to get sick of that I will change to scrambled eggs (to finish the 18 pack in the fridge.lol) Just that tiny change will keep me eating them. And changing the toppings will do wonders too.
Steak example? Have a great big steak one night, then with the leftovers make a stroganoff the next. (cut left over steak into bits, fry with beef bullion, onions, mushrooms & finish by adding sourcream and serving on top of cauliflower).
