Hi everyone! I worked out this morning, so I wanted to post my workout before I forgot. I did 30 minutes of aerobics and 10 minutes of toning. It was hard getting up early, but I'm glad I did!

    Wow... great way to start the day! My early morning exercise was running through Walmart because my husband ripped his work pants 10 minutes after being at work. LOL

    Will get my walk in at lunch and ZUMBA tonight. Yee-haw!

    I did 20 minutes on an arc trainer and burned 129 calories... it was a quick but effective workout for me. My thighs are talking to me. By the way, its November 17 today, not 16th. Have a great day everyone!
