Goal Weight: 200lbs

My Fitness Plan:
Biking, walking, jogging, and using the Wii Fit regularly.
Also, during the month of December I'm using Cindy Whitmarsh DVDs.
My DVDs of choice are the Ultimate Body: Slim Down Fast and the Ultra Fat Burning Workout!

I'm really pumped about this!
