Hey guys - so tomorrow is my last Push circuit. Then on Monday I was planning to start the Lean phase. However, I would only get through one week of Lean circuits before we leave to go to Disney on the weekend. I'll be in Disney for a week. So...knowing this...would you restart Lean when you got back from Disney, or carry on into the second week of Lean after just taking a week off? Not sure what the best way to handle this would be as I don't really know what to look forward to in Lean. :o) Knowing me, I'll probably want to start Lean over again when I get home. What would the experienced CLXers do?!

    I'm not quite and experienced CLXer quit yet, but if it were me I'd probably just repeat a couple Push workouts the week you would normally start Lean, then start fresh with Lean after vacation. Or like you said, if I did start Lean for a week, I'd probably repeat it over after vacation.

    I am with Nelski.. Just do another push and when you get back, do the lean... :)
