I'm curious, what is your favorite paleo condiment to add to food to take it to the next level?
Mine is currently fish sauce. I love it and it gives food a richness that salt can't do.

Mustard
olive oil are my staples right now0 -
I like compound butters.
Mustard is an easy win.
Switched mostly to herbs and spices though.0 -
Stoneground mustard with Horseradish
mayo for creaminess in veggie/meat "bowls"
Spices:
Chocolate curry! My new favorite
Red Pepper Flakes
Cumin
Cinnamon (generously sprinkled on fruit)
LOTS of garlic
and of course oregano, basil, etc. etc.
Balsamic vinegar
toasted sesame oil for flavor
My daughter and I are learning about spices. Mostly we have an Italian group, and a Mexican group but I really do want to read up more. I'd like to start making more indian dishes

I also bought an Easy Sprouter and some Fenugreek seeds. My boss says they are wonderful. We shall see!0 -

It's a Thai hot sauce that has become very popular in Vietnamese restaurants. I put it on pretty much everything - when I'm not being all chef-like.0 -
This might sound weird, but I also love to add make a stir-fry sauce with almond butter and Sriracha. Tahini is also great too!0
