Week One and Done

Happy Friday

It's been a super long week. Haven't been posting my workouts but I've been doing them (I'm in grad school and had two papers due this week so I barely had time to breathe. I serious think ripped in 30 level one is much harder than the shred level one
Only lost a bit of weight.

Current weight: 135.9

    Checing in . Been sick with an inner ear infection so It has prevented me from working out since wed.

    I also have been busy with school... Finally get to take alittle bit of a breather.

    I have lost 4 lbs this week! Yay!
