limit sugar intake(don't go in the red)
Workout at least 10minutes everyday

    Day 1. Work out ;) but went over in sugar but didn't eat as much junk as normal- no POP! Ok start

    Not doing the best. So hard to not go over in sugar! And ended up going to a broncos game drank no good;( feeling bad. Have done better about working out. Starting over to try harder tomorrow be strict. Hope I can do this
