    I'm making a point to make realistic goals for myself, so I'm going to say 15 pounds in the 15 weeks. That'll take me from 158 (est.-I've been avoiding my scale, so it could be less or more-I'll weigh right before this challenge starts) to 145. I'm also setting a goal of practicing yoga 7 times a week (5 days of weight loss yoga, 2 days of gentle/relaxation yoga) and walking 4 times a week at 60 minutes.

    I have another few goals:

    Drink a lot of water
    Eat when hungry, not just out of habit ask myself if I'm actually hungry or just eating out of boredom
    Drink a protein shake each day - even if only 1/2 a cup, it's something
    continue exercising regularly

    Hi Everyone!
    My goal is to continue to walk / go to the gym a minimum of 3 X per week, and lose about a pound a week, (10 pounds minimum.)
    Depending on my starting weight (around 146) I could get close to 130 lbs. :bigsmile:
    I have several pairs of jeans that are very snug, I would love to be able to replace them with smaller ones. :blushing:

    I'm not 100% sure of my goals yet, I will see after I weigh in tomorrow and then figure out from there what I think is reasonable! :) Thanks for organizing!

    I have a couple of goals during the holiday period. FIrst of all I would like to lose at least 1 pound per week (this gets especially hard once the fudge comes out). My second goal is to begin exercising.

    I decided on my 30th birthday to get back into the swing of things! My goal is still 130lbs which is about 40lbs that I need to lose and I'd like to do this before my 31st birthday in July 2012. I am also hoping to get engaged in the next year so hopefully this will also be preparation for my wedding day.
