I have to be aggressive and work toward 2 lbs a week at first. I'm carrying way too much weight and it's just physically exhausting - not to mention the mental/emotional impact. Given the switch from junk and pop I'm thinking two pounds a week will be easy at first if I stick to my plan but as time goes on it'll be more difficult. I can do it though - I know I can and it's actually kind of exciting to lay it out. Thanks!

I am newbie and so excited to start. My goal is to lose 2lbs a week and stay on track during the holidays. I have always gained weight during the holidays and want it to be different this year!!0

These are basically my goals:
Goal 1: 140 - 1/1/12
Goal 2: 130 - 3/1/12
Goal 3: 120 - 5/1/12
Goal 4: 115 - 120 - 6/1/120 -
As of today im 198. I will probably be 192 by 11/27. So my goals are:
SW 192
Goal 1: 182 by 12/31
Goal 2: 172 by 01/31
Goal 3: 162 by 02/29
Goal 4: 152 by 03/29
My goal by the end of this was to be in the 160-150 range. :flowerforyou: I am really going to make this happen. This past week i was bad after having a very good week of 4lb loss. Its back to work now.0 -

Right now my goal is to get back on track, i have been off MFP for quite sometime and just logged back in. I have had success with site before, losing 48lbs, i have gained 7lbs back since i got off track, it feels like much more but the Dr. scale says 7 so i am going with that.. I hope to reach my goal weight of 135 to 140 by the end of 2012. i want to lose 84lbs by end of year. Short term goal is 1 to 2 lbs per week.
I am having trouble getting motivated to exercise this time around. I am going to begin with an in home walking video and go from them.

My goal is to get back on track! I got to my happy weight last Spring using MFP. I gained about 10 lbs back since then so I want to get back down to where I was...and stay there!!!

I'm making a point to make realistic goals for myself, so I'm going to say 15 pounds in the 15 weeks. That'll take me from 158 (est.-I've been avoiding my scale, so it could be less or more-I'll weigh right before this challenge starts) to 145. I'm also setting a goal of practicing yoga 7 times a week (5 days of weight loss yoga, 2 days of gentle/relaxation yoga) and walking 4 times a week at 60 minutes.0

I have another few goals:
Drink a lot of water
Eat when hungry, not just out of habit ask myself if I'm actually hungry or just eating out of boredom
Drink a protein shake each day - even if only 1/2 a cup, it's something
continue exercising regularly0 -
Hi Everyone!
My goal is to continue to walk / go to the gym a minimum of 3 X per week, and lose about a pound a week, (10 pounds minimum.)
Depending on my starting weight (around 146) I could get close to 130 lbs. :bigsmile:
I have several pairs of jeans that are very snug, I would love to be able to replace them with smaller ones. :blushing:0 -

I have a couple of goals during the holiday period. FIrst of all I would like to lose at least 1 pound per week (this gets especially hard once the fudge comes out). My second goal is to begin exercising.0

I decided on my 30th birthday to get back into the swing of things! My goal is still 130lbs which is about 40lbs that I need to lose and I'd like to do this before my 31st birthday in July 2012. I am also hoping to get engaged in the next year so hopefully this will also be preparation for my wedding day.
