First hike today after knee jack up!

So I jacked up my knee (sprained it about a month ago) and I did my first hike! it went well. But I am hurting tonight, I think it may be my fibromyalgia... which sucks, but either way I feel GREAT and I am hiking again tomorrow.

    I'm glad you had a great hike! That sounds awesome. Try not to do too much, though. You don't want to re-injure it. :-)
