POST EM HERE!!!!
I know lately, I've been having an NSV like every other day so I just wanna post and share them with someone! You all jump in on it too! What are some of your NSV's this month?!!

_______________________________________
Since November started, the NSV's I've had are:

1. I can slide out of 11/12 jeans! I must hit up a store to try on a size 9/10!!! lol
2. I did 10 full push ups all the way through! Normally, I can only get to about...3. So I do knee pushups or bed pushups. Never full!
3. I did an elbow plank for 30 seconds straight!! YES!
4. I pushed through an 80 minute workout before! I have never done that before in my LIFE.
5. I can run 7 minutes straight without stopping! I did it 3 times last night!

 So come on everyone! Share! What kind of NSV's are you having now in November?:flowerforyou:

    3. i can do 2 full push ups, i was never able to do 1 before
    4. for the 1st time this week i ran 9 miles / it was always a struggle to get to 7 or 8
    5. the fact that i'm drinking 12+ cups of water daily is an accomplishment I never thought i could do... this is right up there with the push-ups...

I agree those are excellent NSV's and sometimes those moments are enough to keep us going when the scale is not being out friend. Today I put on an old pair of jeana that are way too big for me and my husband who is no support at all looked and me and asked " are you wearing my jeans, they certainly don't fit you?"

yesterday I put on a coat that I hadn't worn in a while and I could fasten it! it has little hooks instead of buttons so it's always been quite tight..but I got it fastened! hooray :) I also think I need new jeans now as they are sitting a bit too low, but i'm waiting til I get my last 5lbs off as itcould make all the difference with a size :)

My hubby pulled up a photo on his phone from over a year ago and said my face has slimmed down so much since that photo was taken.

My biggest one for the month: I only have 1 pair of pants that doesn't require a belt to stay on my body, and that's only because I JUST bought them last week

I have 2 NSV they both with happened with one of my teenage dauhters. First over the weekend she looked at me and said "your clothes are getting to big" with total attitude of a teenager, then quickly said "thats a good thing" with a smile. The second, I had a busy night running around andit was late when I got home (Iwas headed for the couch) she said "you didn't work out tonight, give your hand" she smacked my hand and I said "I can do it now" and she said "good girl". That was enough to show me she is supporting me and even motivating me.

Teenagers are usually very self absorbed!

I agree this is AMAZING. I am starting the C25K program but my knee is really bothering me. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do or am I just not meant to be a runner?

I have knee problems;, this is hardly good advice but to be honest I'm just ignoring it and carrying on. I find they are sore the day after a run but OK after that. Investing in a good pair of running shoes has made a big difference for me. Go to a specialist that can look at your gait when running and then advise on shoes that can give you the best support.

I deliberately left some of my meal unfinished on the plate yesterday - something I find ludicrously hard to do!
