Seriously? How fat-phobic and 80s-retro is this "healthy cooking advice"?

    I have considered getting some sort of nutrition degree or certification, this sort of thing is what keeps me from following through with it. The only sound advice I saw was the mini chocolate chip swap and fresh herbs for seasoned salt.

    I did get a Holistic Nutrition certificate and I have helped get several people on the route to better health.

    And I agree with you. Those were the only 2 sensible things.
