I had a couple of rough days with emotional eating but they seemed to have passed and I am back on track now for the last couple of days. I feel like I'm making healthier choices food wise now after 3 weeks. What I need to concentrate on now is incorporating more exercise in my life. It's hit and miss right now so my new goal now is to do 30minutes daily and bump it up to 30mins 2x/day after this week we are in now. Wish me luck.

I'm not weighing or measuring again before THG, so here's my final goal check-in.
GOALS:
Weight 150
Waist 29
Body Fat 28%
No cow dairy, no alcohol, no sweets.
NOV 21, 2011:
Weight 148.25!!
Waist 30.75 (no change)
Body Fat 29% (down 1%)
No dairy: mostly
No alcohol: yes, except for Nov 18-19
No sweets: yes
All in all that's not too bad! I set really high goals so I'm amazed that I came so close. Now I just need to spend more time lifting so I can build more muscle and burn more fat. Personally I'm really excited for a glass of wine on Thanksgiving. Thanks for inspiring me!0
