For this second week our challenge will be to do at least 30 minutes of Aerobic Exercise a day. You can do the same thing everyday or something different every day to change it up. Just remember to be safe. "Let's Move It Mississippi"

my internet has been down!! I have been meeting these challenges though! I work out 6 days per week, burning from 400 to 1100 calories each workout. So... yea! Challenge met!! GO MISSISSIPPI !!!0

I would say that volleyball counts as Aerobic Exercise because it is listed under cardiovascular exercise and that will get your heart rate up to an aerobic level. GO FOR IT!!!!0

Please pray for me that I can do this challenge. I wrecked my bicycle today and hurt my leg pretty bad. I hope I can move in the morning period. I sure hope I can do some kind of exercise to complete my workouts.0

I just checked this group and saw the challenge...I pretty much met the goals last week...so far so good this week. 1 hour yesterday; 43 minutes today.

I managed to complete the challenge with my hurt leg.

(slow pace because of my hurt leg) I did go to the Chiropractor today
My hips were out of place and my abductor muscles were hurt in the fall I
took on my bicycle. Hopefully in a few days things will be straightened out.0 -

I am so sad that my leg is hurt and I cant do much.
