    Sorry for not posting earlier I have been traveling a lot this week.

    ok here we go....

    1). Your goal: Currently 5'9, 174lbs, goal: 160-65lbs

    2). Your pledge of what you will do differently to achieve that goal:
    I just began training for a half marathon in January, after thanksgiving will go back to vegan/veg lifestyle, reduce alcohol consumption to 2 nights per week.

    3). Problems you expect to have, or are currently having.
    I have a hard limiting the drinking because my husband and I have a very social life, eating veggie/vegan is also tough because my husband is NOT, although he is very supportive of whatever I want to do.
