Wow!!!! I am amazed at my drop this week! Although with Thanksgiving, I may not have a large loss this week, so a large drop is good. Even if I were to maintain this week, that would still be a two pound per week loss -- I will take it! If I drop again over the next week or two, I may need to re-assess my goal!
I feel the fitness part of this challenge is going well. I just completed W3D1 yesterday and plan to do W3D2 on Wednesday and W3D3 on Friday. Over this last week, I discovered a large part of the difficulty I was having at the end of week one and the beginning of week two were largely attributed to my breathing. Starting with W2D3 I began to control my breathing - steady in and steady out, of varying patterns depending on my oxygen need at the moment - but the steady breathing helped me to not get out of control and fatigued. If anyone is having difficulty, I would work on this and see if it helps!0 -

Need to pull my finger out! Last weeks comment said still on week 2 - and another week later I'm STILL on week 2
Although I went running with a friend tonight (one who runs half marathons for fun :noway: ) it doesn't count as I didn't follow the C25K programme - didn't have it with me - just ran with her until i was ready to die @ 1.1km at which point she left me for dust! The track is 3.5km so ran/walked the remainder until she came back to meet me and insisted I ran back to the car.
I WILL be on week 3 (almost 4) by the next posting - promise :flowerforyou:0 -
