Logging C25K on MFP

I completed Week 4 Day 1 this morning. I just logged my running and walking times individually. (I walk about 0.6 miles to and from the track also.) It totaled about 330 calories burned.
Does that sound accurate?

That's the way I did it too. Your total calories will depend on your size and speed, but 330 calories doesn't sound unreasonable.0

I have imapmyfitness on my iphone so I track my time / distance & speed with that and then put it into mfp. Mine worked out at something like 296 cals - you may run a little bit faster than me!0

Thank you! I also have the imapmyfitness app, but I haven't been using it since I started C25K. I think I will try that tomorrow! Thanks again! I want to burn as many Thanksgiving calories as possible! : )0

That would be on the high side for me but if you are running faster/higher heart rate than me (you probably are, I'm slow) then it sounds reasonable. Mine tend to be about 250 - sometimes as high s 300.0
