I know I saw it on a website/blog that I think was paleo. It gave instructions for meatballs w/out breadcrumbs and then a sauce with 100% fruit apricot jam, low sodium soy sauce and one other ingredient for the sauce. I cannot find it now and want to make them for a Thanksgiving appetizer! Has anyone seen this? Or do you have a similar recipe?

I just saw this post and Thanksgiving is over. At our house, we do have Nature's Hallow Apricot preserves http://natureshollow.com/ from time to time... mixed with nuts/flax. This product is sweetened with Xylitol. One sugar alcohol that doesn't bother my daughter. They also have sugar free honey. *that makes me scratch my head!
Be careful of soy sauce. Try to get gluten free if you're concerned about wheat.0
