    Wait no that's ...a terrible idea.

    Actually lets make an MFP version.

    1) jog in place while tapping refresh
    2) squat down, come up, tap refresh
    3) Burpees! Down - in, out, (or pushup, your choice) jump up, hit refresh on the way down.
    4) Jumping lunges! hit the refresh on your way down.
