I LOVE LOVE LOVE this thing. It is totally changing how I'm eating - I can't believe how much I was underestimating calories - especially fruit and meat/fish/poultry. I love making salads and stir fries with it. I just set a big bowl on the scale, set it to zero and add a veggie, weigh it, track it. Then I just leave it in there, set it to zero again, and add the next veggie. So easy!
I also found this awesome app: nutrition complete - all the data is provided by the USDA, and it works really well with a food scale. I created my own personal list of commonly used fruits and veggies (yes I entered all the nutritional data for each food) so I would know it was accurate. Anyway, it's now really easy to calculate and add these foods.
If you're not using a food scale, I highly recommend going out and getting one. When we're down to the last pounds, it's really helpful to know for sure what you're eating.
