Graduated C25K last week and started the B210K today - it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'm a bit worried about when the snow gets here - I think I might stick to running the indoor track.

I'm doing 2 out of 3 runs on the treadmill because of the short days - it's not as good as outside but better than nothing!0

i just did W2D1 i was happy that i did it!! i even walked the extra 3 mins to make it a 60 min. workout..lol0

Just done my second 5K (on W7D1 of C25K). Am going to complete the program before I start B210K. Could start now I'm sure, but speed is more important than distance for the next couple weeks as I'm going for a formal 5K event..0

I finished C25K yesterday, although I ran 5 miles just because. I'm officially starting tomorrow on Bridge to 10K W1D1. I'm actually going to run just three days a week (if I can hold out) this time. Might cross train on the rowing machine one day and do weights a couple others.0

Finished W4D3 today and made it past 6 miles (NB this did include the warm-up and cool-down walks!).
Next week - W5 and down to just one 1 minute break in the middle!0 -

tomorrow if i get a chance i will start week 3 if not, Tuesday while the little one is in preschool0

I started w1d1 today and it was hard! My running only increase by 5 minutes (since I run a 5k in about 33-35 min) but it seemed a lot longer! That last ten minute stretch was really hard. I am going to do day 2 on Wednesday and day 3 on Saturday.0
