Welcome to your week 3 challenge! This week you will be doing the game FREE STEP for 60 mins A DAY!!! You can watch Tv while working out your butts:) So lets get moven!
You need to post your RESULTS every day. That you did your workout and you did the 60 mins or break it down the whole day.
Enjoy and have fun. Dont worry if you cant do 60 mins I understand. We are having fun and thats the point

I think this is a great idea. I own a wii fit but have not used for about 6 months . I love doing step so i"m in for the challenge.
I don't normally do it for 60 minutes but here goes.....0 -

First day..... done.
I did it in 2 sessions of half hour each. Just under 5000 steps which I'm pleased with.
Was a real challenge for me but I feel really pleased I did it.
If my joints hold out I'll do it all again tomorrow.0 -

Have fun and if it hurts dont over push your self! Try to break them down! GOOOOOOOOOD JOB!First day..... done.

Sorry, that I wasn't on here a lot during the last week! I didn't even start on the week 2 challenge! I believe I can't do 60 minutes every day, but I'll try to do some of it! I'm really busy at the moment.

Im sweating so much! wow. I just finished doing 60 mins of free step. While watching HOME ALONE 2 that i rec yesterday! Wow time to relex a bit and then workout on my WII ZUMBA!0

Successfully did two rounds yesterday and today. It's not unusual for me to do two 30 minute rounds a day, but I've never done it seven days in a row.0 -

Woke up sore as anything from doing first day of challenge. I decided not to do it yesterday , well truth is I was too sore. By the time I had vacuumed and washed my floors the calves were not happy with me. I ended up doing other things on the Wii today. I think this challenge was a bit adventurous for me but I will give it another go. The point is I'm doing something and it all helps. I'll get better at exercise as I go along.
BTW it works out the calories on your weight etc so it's different for everyone.
30 min for me was 185 cals.
Just thought I'd mention that.0 -

Day 3 down. Today I did one round of free step on a 4" aerobic step. Whew! That's a butt kicker. On the other, I went through some of mini routines to spice it up a bit, because just on-off-on-off can get a little old.
30 minutes for me is 162 calories. I have a love-hate relationship with the calories going down as I lose weight - I'm glad I'm making progress, but I'm sad it takes me longer to get the same burn. :grumble:0 -
I just finished it. So tired i cant even do my zumba!!! WOW what a workout! I did 1 round of 30 mins watching full house lol and then i did another round watching fantastic 4 that i rec! SOO TIRED but good work out!0
