Do you train with a HRM?

I have just started using one for the past three weeks, and I'm quite happy that I'm getting better at staying in the zone and controlling my pace.
What are your heart rate "numbers"? My resting HR is 70, max is about 200, so I try to stay in the 147-173 zone while walking and jogging. I average at about 164 on most of my walk/jogs.
