This is Casara. I just started running a week ago. Do anyone know a plan that I can follow that will help me run longer? I am starting on the treadmill because of my knee. Yet I want to run I seem to love it.
Hi there! I just joined the group. I have run off and on over the years, but never for long distances. I started up again this week. I'm doing walk/jog intervals, tuesday was 3 miles and today was 2 miles. Alternating with strength training :-) I am very slow but running always gets me in good shape.

I hesitate to ask this question.....because I am a little embarassed..... I use my Nike+ to get an idea of how fast/slow I wog. Since I jog and walk, my average pace is around 15 min/mile (I jog around 12 and walk around 17ish). There are no jog/run settings that go that low, so I have to log it as a walk. This makes me…
