Week of Feb 27th Running Goals. Post 'em!

any of you out there have some set running goals for the week? if so, post 'em and let's do our best to help each other out! We are a society of penguins after all..

Monday - off or cross train
Tuesday - 3 miles
Wednesday - 3 miles
Thursday - 3 miles
Friday- off or cross train
Saturday - 5 miles
Sunday - easy two miles

I am on week 3 of a 12 week schedule to hit a 1/2 marathon on May 6th.

    My goal for this week is 10 miles. So far I have 3.73 under my belt.

    Working my way up to a marathon but okay if I only complete a half marathon.

    Yeah, I was hoping someone would join me... great job on your mileage so far. it is only Wednesday, don't be too hard on yourself. Monday is my off day and Tuesday is my 'low' day so for the week, you are ahead of me!
