Day 21 Challenge!

Good morning CAD'ers! I hope you all enjoyed saving the planet yesterday :D

Today's challenge:
Add an extra serving of vegetables to your day! They are full of vitamins, fiber, and they're low in calories so they will fill you up without affecting your weight. Plus, they're delicious!

    Had pumpkin for breakfast. A salad for lunch. Sweet pepper for an afternoon snack. I'll make sure to add a salad at dinner and carrots for my evening snack instead of fruit.

    This is funny because this and another challenge I am doing both talk about VEGETABLES! YAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!!! will do tonight at dinner!

    Had radishes for lunch and just made mashed butternut squash. Never made it before, but it tastes delicious. Looking forward to having it with my dinner!

  • Had a nice salad today,which is big for me because I dont eat many vegetables. It was sooo good and I plan to have at least one everyday to get into the habit.

    Thanks! I had a little extra broccoli and mixed it with yellow squash! mixed some olive oil lemon juice and red pepper flakes with it. YUMMY!

    Great! I have leftover spaghetti sauce to heat up for dinner tonight so to make it go further I will mix in an extra helping of courgette and peas! Good challenge.

    I had homemade vegetable soup for dinner last night. Lots of fresh and frozen veggies!

    I had a huge on the vine Tomato today with my lunch. It was bigger than my house! :bigsmile:
    I ate it like an apple, it was lovely and I'm going to have another tomorrow ;)

    Mission accomplished. I changed our dinner menu to spaghetti and had spaghetti squash instead. It was wonderful!
