Good morning CAD'ers! I hope you all enjoyed saving the planet yesterday
Today's challenge:
Add an extra serving of vegetables to your day! They are full of vitamins, fiber, and they're low in calories so they will fill you up without affecting your weight. Plus, they're delicious!

w00t! lunch today will be spaghetti squash (instead of pasta) with my spicy chicken sausage! yay for extra veggies!0

Had pumpkin for breakfast. A salad for lunch. Sweet pepper for an afternoon snack. I'll make sure to add a salad at dinner and carrots for my evening snack instead of fruit.0

Had radishes for lunch and just made mashed butternut squash. Never made it before, but it tastes delicious. Looking forward to having it with my dinner!0

Had a nice salad today,which is big for me because I dont eat many vegetables. It was sooo good and I plan to have at least one everyday to get into the habit.0
