Where we supposed to start last night or wait until Wednesdasy? I did my mountain climbers but I counted each foot as 1 and I guess left & right is 1.....did that make sense /0

Not gonna lie here...... I did all 50 pushups while I was at the gym..... I came home and did 50 mountain climbers and my shoulders and legs are on FIRE. Between my 74minute gym workout and this...... i've thrown in the towel for the night!! Looking forward to tomorrows challenge though for sure!!0

I did 100 mountain climbers and 50 pushups it felt good, and I couldn't believe I could do all those!! I don't know if I did the mountain climbers "right" but it still worked b/c my whole body was screaming so I am content0

Well that took a little longer than I thought, just over 11 minutes counting my warmup. Haven't done that many pushups in over 15 years. Quick little 80cal burn!0
