    Baked Steak

Generic - Round Steak, 16 ounces
    Campbell's Condensed Soup
    Dean's - 2% Reduced Fat Milk, 0.5 Cup
Oil - Vegetable, canola, 1 tbsp

Now I used Pam instead of the oil.
    Oven at 350 degrees
Cut steak into serving size pieces season with seasonings, salt, pepper, garlic. whatever your family likes.
heat oil in a pan. cook steak just to brown the outsides. Put meat into a baking dish cover with soup and milk. cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Amazing! We also made some blueberry syrup because the stores was expensive and full of sodium.

Its even in the data base!!! Biggest Loser Blueberry pancakes

    Blueberry Pancakes!
Enjoy these breakfast treats with friends

For brunch buddies, double, triple or quadruple this recipe with success. The batter will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.

    1/2 cup reduced-fat buttermilk
    1/2 cup whole-grain oat flour
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! spray
1/2 cup fresh or frozen (not thawed) blueberries
    Sugar-free, low-calorie pancake syrup (optional)
100% fruit orange marmalade spread (optional)

    Preheat the oven to 200°F.

In a small bowl, combine the buttermilk, flour, egg white, baking soda, vanilla, and salt. Whisk just until blended. Stir in the blueberries. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until it is hot enough for a spritz of water to sizzle on it. With an oven mitt, briefly remove the pan from the heat to mist lightly with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! cooking spray.

Return the pan to the heat. Pour the batter in 1/8-cup dollops onto the skillet to form 3 or 4 pancakes. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the tops and the bottoms are golden brown. Flip. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until browned on the bottom. Transfer to an oven-proof plate.

Cover with aluminum foil. Place in the oven to keep warm. Repeat with cooking spray and the remaining batter to make 8 pancakes total.

Place 2 pancakes on each of 4 serving plates. Serve immediately with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! spray, syrup, and/or fruit spread.

    Yield: Makes 4 servings (1 Serving = 2 pancakes)

Hahaha I posted this on my blog a while back but it's still delicious so I'm gonna post it here.

    SUPER CHEESEY BUFFALO CHICKEN SANDWICH!

2 slices of 7 Grain Light Style Bread (Pepperidge Farm)
1 Weight Watchers Cheese Wedge in Peppercorn Parmesan
    1 Baby-bel Light Cheese Round
    0.3 cups of Grilled Chicken
    Cayenne Pepper (to taste)

    Very Lightly Toast the bread

Spread the cheese wedge around on one slice

    Pile on the chicken

Sprinkle cayenne pepper as liberally as you want. (I prefer to add a LOT)

Break up the baby-bel cheese round and scatter it on top of the chicken

Top with the other slice of bread, and then grill it like Grilled Cheeeeese

    YUM <3333

Only 235 calories! 21 carbs 6 fat 740 sodium (This can be brought down by 240 if you skip the weight watchers cheese but it's super delicious so I just budget it into my daily sodium)

    Double Chocolate Brownies Ingredients :

    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 egg whites 1 cup Splenda or Stevia (natural!)
    1/4 cup unbleached, all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
    Cooking spray

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 inch non-stick cake pan with spray.

In a medium mixing bowl, using a sturdy whisk or spatula, mix the applesauce, vanilla, egg whites and splenda/stevia until they are well combined.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir the mixture until it is just combined and no lumps remain.
Pour it into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the chips evenly over the top.

Bake the brownies for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry. Transfer the pan to a cooling rack and allow them to cool 5 minutes. Cut into 12 equal brownies. Makes 12 (1 brownie) servings.
