Which do you think is harder? I think EZ is..no rests and I'm dying by the time the finale rolls around. You should see my punches. Pitiful..I couldn't knock down a paper bag.

    I agree with you; but 45 ez gets easier with time. I always take a very little break in the middle of the ez video to sip some water and to bring down my heart rate.

    Friday...you and I always seem to think alike! I always say that EZ is harder! I love them both but at least with 45, you get a breather after the drills. My punches are pitiful at the end too! lol

    i think fore 45 is brutal...i can handel the ez...maybe i am not pushing hard enough on the ez?

    45ez is definitely the hardest. Kills me every time!!
