The local Community College has an excellent Professional Photography course. So after too many years to mention outside of a classroom, I have bit the bullet and enrolled. So starting in January I will be taking:
1) Intro to Professional Photo & Lab - Course covers advanced composition and lighting using a medium format camera and B/W film.
2) Lab Practices - Course covers advanced B/W printing techniques (Darkroom)

It's the Lab Practices class that I am looking forward to the most as I haven't stepped foot in a darkroom in almost 10 years. I currently shot film but I do all of my printing by scanning the negatives digitally and processing in Photoshop. It should be nice to get back to the basics.

Congrats on finding a course! I've thought about doing that, but I way too invested in digital :P

I hope you get as much out of it as you can!
