Not a good month for me!! The worst since I started losing weight....but! I decided for the last little bit to give my body a break. I have lost almost 60 pounds and have been eating maintence cals for the past 1.5 weeks...will be for maybe 1 more week and then drop it back down to give my body a break!! i hope it works!!0 -

Hello All! I will only be able to participate for half of this month. On December 17th, I am going on a trip for a month to Bali, Thailand and China!! So I want to lose these last couple of pounds and hopefully get into the the 150s before I leave.
