Hey everyone! :) I am just curious what your macros (% carb, protein, fat) are set at. On a normal, non-exercise day, I try to make sure my net carbs stay below 50g. But I am just wondering what everyone else does as far as carbs, protein, fat. I am kind of experimenting right now and toying with the idea of ketosis. Any input?? Thanks!!

I have no idea how to figure out what I am supposed to be at. I have been really slacking off lately and now I am trying to get back on track. I, too, would appreciate suggestions/ feedback!

    Thanks:)

Mine are set at: 10% carbs, 50% protein, and 40% fat.
  • I hover around 68-72% fat, 29-31% protein, and <1% carbs. Under 20g/day :D

    I generally fall around
    10-15% carbs
    40-50% protein
    30-40% fat
I stay around20-30 net carbs per day and
Try to stay under fifty g total
