Mine has to be Avocados....in a medium Haas avocado there are 14 carbs by 12 grams fiber!! Its like a super food.

I'm also into "riced" cauliflower with butter, salt and pepper.

Stir fry with chicken, broccoli, mushrooms and Braggs Liquid Aminos over the riced cauliflower.

garlic hummus is my new fave, which reminds me, I need to make some today! (is that really low carb? )

Cheese is always a big fave, but I try to keep to the low/reduced fat stuff and I really watch my portion size.

Gotta be eggs...2 a day for breakfast usually poached or scrambled :-))

Love the cauliflower rice too...I'll also mash it and mix in some soft cheese to use in place of mashed spuds

Beef- especially a nice homemade beef burger with garlic and fresh chilli mixed in- served with crispy bacon and blue cheese.

My favorite as of this week (LOL)

Would have to be, heaving whipping cream!! It replaces milk very well, and zero funky taste/after taste.

Frozen cool whip is also, the BOMB when i need a sweet tooth kick!

AND last but not least "mashed" cauliflower.....soo yummy, and tastes "almost" just like regular mashed potatoes. Love Love Love It!!!

Ditto on eggs, I have them each day too and for any meal! I love riced and mached cauliflower for low-carb veggies, and avocado, and one of my new favs is hot flax cereal! It's nearly all fiber, and sure makes up for no oatmeal. And I love fish, nearly all fish in almost any form

I eat chicken like three times a week. But I've started sauteing veggies to dump on top. One night will be mushrooms. Another will be onions and peppers. I also really like Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch...half the carbs of the regular ranch flavor. With some diced tomatoes and honey dijon mustard.

    Now I'm hungry...dammit!
