Is it possible to give brief descriptions of the exercises please? Some of these I have never heard of.0

ok... so I can't do bench dips because of my wrist, and even if I wanted to try I don't have a bench or chair or anything sturdy enough to do them with... what can I do in place of those that would still work that they would?
I love doing the other stuff though I already did 20 pushups

I did te pushups and mountain climbers but not the dips and jump squats I could hardly sit on the toilet after jillian, zumba and the the jump squats yesterday
will try again and harder tomorrow

Bench dips - oh my - arms are gonna be screaming today after boot camp and this!!!
Do we get to count a calorie burn for this?? If so how do you record it??

you can do the bench dips on the floor. just get on the floor like you are going to do the crab walk and do them that way if you don't have a chair or bench sturdy enough to do them on. Woot! loving these exercises Rachel!0

Day 4 is complete!!! Rachel that was brutal, it hurts SO bad when I walk! This is by far the hardest workout I have ever done. Thanks!0
