What do you eat when prepping for a show?

I am about 19 weeks out and dieting. I expect at 16 weeks it will get stricter. Just curious on what everyone else eats when prepping for a show. Meal ideas and recipes are welcome.

FTR - this is my first show. Kinda decided on a whim so I am still very much learning. I have hired a trainer to do up a workout and meal plan but we don't have one on one sessions. I have bombarded her with questions but I am sure there is a ton I haven't thought of yet.

Tilapia and chicken would be what I recommend along with some rice. It's more about the prepping than the actual food though.

I am eating tons of chicken and white fish. I tried Tilapia last week and didn't care for it. I didn't add much to it so maybe it was how I cooked it. I do a lot of haddock loins.
I'm on rice and sweet potato too.

Sounds like you're doing it right. Prepping for a show is tough, but stay consistent an you'll see results that are amazing.
